System Integration and Test

Our engineering experts and manufacturing staff can integrate the sheet metal parts and/or plastic products we manufacture into the system for which they are being manufactured and run tests to ensure optimal performance.

 

Electro- Mechanical Assembly

AMF provides in-house electro mechanical assembly services, eliminating the need for secondary vendors and shipping.

PCBA Assembly and Test

AMF's experienced staff provides in-house printed circuit board assembly and testing, saving time and resources for your PCB project.

 

 

Press Fit Back-Plane Assembly and Test

AMF has the tooling, fixtures and experienced employees for press fit backplane assembly and testing.

Kanban Inventory System and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) solutions

Our Kanban JIT (just-in-time) inventory system can be implemented to prevent oversupply and excess inventory. In addition, other flexible JIT and VMI programs are available from batch delivery date to a detailed stock replenishment system. Programs can be fitted to your special requirements:
