Laser Cutting Technology/Punch Capabilities
Our facilities are equipped with the following:
- 13 CNC Punch Presses (including turret punch press)

Welding Capabilities
MIG, TIG and spot welding (resistance welding) provide the kind of precision and quality to satisfy the special requirements of your application.
Robotic Welding - AMF's facilities include three Robotic Weld Centers, which can handle the robotic welding requirements of any job.

Plating
AMF offers a wide range of plating finishes for your precision sheet metal parts, determined by the requirements of your application, to provide corrosion and wear resistance and/or to enhance appearance.
In - House Liquid Painting
AMF was originally founded 35 years ago as a paint service company, and it remains a specialty of ours to be able to provide all kinds of quality paint finishes on-site at our own facilities. We offer both water-based painting and polyurethane painting services.
In -House Powder Coating
Dependable, state-of-the-art six stage iron phosphate powder coating is another metal finishing service provided on-site by AMF.
In - House Silk Screening
High quality silk screening (also known as screen printing) is also provided for your sheet metal parts, as needed, in-house.
In - House Lamination
Our on site lamination center offers quick turn lamination services per you specified needs

In - House Pad Printing
Pad printing is especially useful as a form of decoration or labeling when the end product of necessity possesses an irregular surface. Pad printing is also provided on-site at AMF facilities.
In- House Decorative Chrome Plating
Chrome is deposited electrolytically in a thin layer, producing a mirrored finish especially suited to automotive trim and furniture frames. AMF has a dedicated in-house chrome plating line for this purpose.
