Engineered Plastics

Structural Foam Molding

Structural foam molding produces parts which have a cellular (foamed) core and a solid, integral outer skin in a single process. Durability and the ability to withstand heavy loads distinguish these parts.

Solid Wall Injection Molding

Molten thermoplastic material is injected at high pressure into a precision-machined mold to form a part to precise specifications.
