With five facilities, over 330,000 square feet of floor space, state-of-the-art equipment and the carefully honed skills or our engineering experts and workers, AMF's capacity and flexibility in the area of custom fabrication (metal/plastic) can satisfy and exceed the full range of our customers' requirements.

At AMF, everything we manufacture is custom. Along with our long-standing precision sheet metal fabrication and metal finishing capabilities, we have also acquired a substantial capacity in the area of plastic injection molding and structural foam molding, including seven Plastic Injection Machines. We are effectively a one-stop-shop for custom fabrication in metal and plastic, and our in-house capabilities include a dynamic range of secondary operations, from mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly to powder coating, silk-screening and chrome plating. Add to this our Kanban Inventory System and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) solutions -- designed to deliver exactly what you need, just when you need it -- and it's easy to see why we take pride in our ability to go above and beyond our customers' expectations.

Product Development

A DFM (design for manufacturability) review by AMF's engineering experts underpins your project and ensures maximum efficiency and value down the line. When Rapid Prototyping is called for, MetalUrgency^sm is our own sheet metal fabrication process utilizing the most advanced manufacturing methods to provide quality parts in short lead times -- with quotes in 24 hours or less, and custom fabrication of your sheet metal parts in five days or less. Design support optimizes the manufacturing process throughout your project, with system integration as our specialty. Electronic data transfer is fully supported at AMF, with no limit on file sizes which may be delivered to our dedicated server, and our engineers are proficient in all CAD/CAM applications, including CAD key, Auto-CAD, Pro-E, IGES, DXF, 3-D and other translation formats, in addition to other state-of-the-art engineering software. Production Sheet Metal Fabrication and Metal Finishing

Precision sheet metal fabrication is central to what we do, in five manufacturing facilities comprising over 330,000 square feet of manufacturing space and including a comprehensive range of metal forming equipment. The enormous and flexible capacities we can bring to bear in the manufacture of your sheet metal parts include CNC Machining, Laser Cutting Technology, CNC punch press (turret punch), robotic welding and spot welding services, chrome plating, liquid paint, powder coating, silk screening, pad printing and more.
